How to Check the Gift Voucher Report


Overview


The Gift Voucher Insights page provides a centralized view of all issued gift vouchers, including their purchase details, expiry dates, total and available values, and redemption status. 

This report helps you monitor voucher usage, track outstanding balances, and identify vouchers that are approaching expiry or have been fully redeemed. 

You can filter the report by status, date range, or voucher code to quickly find specific records.

Steps to Check the Gift Voucher Report


Step 1: Navigate to Gift Voucher Insights

  1. From the left sidebar, click on Settings.

  1. Under Settings, select Gift Voucher.

  1. Click on Gift Voucher Insights from the left-side menu.

  1. The Gift Voucher Insights page will open.


Step 2: Review the Report Columns


The Gift Voucher Insights report displays the following information for each voucher:

Column

Description

Voucher Name

The name of the gift voucher (e.g., Investors Gift Card).

Voucher Code

The unique code assigned to the voucher (e.g., XA8GRZL2).

Customer Name & Mobile Number

The customer who purchased the voucher and their mobile number.

Date of Purchase

The date when the voucher was purchased.

Expiry Date

The date when the voucher expires.

Total Voucher Value

The total value of the voucher.

Available Value

The remaining redeemable value.

Status

The current status of the voucher (e.g., Available, Change).

History

Click View to see the voucher's usage history.

Delete

Click the delete icon to delete the voucher record.


Step 3: Filter the Report


You can filter the report using the following options:


Status Filter:

  1. Click the Status dropdown to filter vouchers by status.

Available status options:

Status

Description

All

Shows all gift vouchers regardless of status.

New

Vouchers that have been newly issued and not yet used.

Partial

Vouchers that have been partially redeemed.

Redeemed

Vouchers that have been fully redeemed.



Date Filter:

  1. Click on the Date Filter field to filter vouchers by date range.


You can use:

  • Quick Filters: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days

  • Custom date range: Select a start date and end date using the calendar

  • Click Apply to apply the selected date range, or Cancel to discard.

Search Code:

  1. Use the Search Code field to search for a specific voucher by entering the voucher code.


Use Cases

  1. Monitor the redemption status of all issued gift vouchers in real time.

  2. Track outstanding voucher balances to understand pending liabilities.

  3. Identify vouchers nearing their expiry date for proactive customer outreach.

  4. Review the purchase history and usage patterns for specific vouchers.
