How do I upload gift voucher data ?

Instructions to follow:

•  You must create the gift voucher first.

• Gift voucher data should include a Master Voucher Name, Voucher Code, Voucher Value, Channel Name, Expiry Date, and Sales Date.

• The voucher code must be unique while being uploaded to an Excel sheet.

• Ensure the expiry date and sales note are in the format (DD/MM/YYYY)

Method-1:

• In the main navigation bar on the left-hand side, click on "Reports."

• Select the "Gift Voucher" tab on the report page.

• On the gift voucher page, click on the "Import Gift Voucher" button.

• Download the template by clicking the "Download Template" button.

• Fill in the necessary fields in the template, including master voucher name, voucher code, voucher value, channel name, expiry date, and sales date

• After filling in the details in the Excel sheet, click the "Upload Gift Voucher" button to upload the gift voucher.
