How to setup and assign gift voucher notifications?

To assign gift voucher notifications:

  • Go to Settings and in the Module Settings, click on Gift Voucher.

  • Click on the Add Gift Voucher button at the right side.

  • In the Add Gift Voucher pop-up, enter the necessary details.


Assign SMS Template for Recipient

  • Navigate to SMS Templates on the right side.

  • In the SMS Template for Recipient, click on Add New SMS Template.

  • Choose the template from the repository by clicking on Assign button.

  • Then click Save


Assign SMS Template for Buyer

  • Navigate to SMS Templates on the right side.

  • In the SMS Template for Buyer, click on Add New SMS Template.

  • Choose the template from the repository by clicking on Assign button.

  • Then click Save


Assign WhatsApp Template

  • Navigate to WhatsApp Templates on the right side.

  • In the WhatsApp Template for Buyer, click on Add New WhatsApp Template.

  • Choose the template from the repository by clicking on Assign Template button

  • Then click Save
