Overview
If a client wants to change their stylist or the time for a service they’re redeeming from a previously purchased package, you can easily update the appointment.
The Edit Appointment feature lets you reassign staff or tweak the time slots without having to cancel the redemption and rebook it, keeping the client’s package session count accurate. The system will re-check availability before saving the changes.
