How to delete automated greetings?

To delete or remove the automated greetings:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

  3. Within Loyalty Programs, select Greetings.

  4. Click on the respective greeting to delete.

  5. A Configure Greeting pop-up will appear. Click on the Delete button.

  6. A Confirmation popup will appear, click on Yes to delete the greetings.
