To automate multiple greetings:
Login to MioSalon.
Go to Settings from the main menu.
Within Loyalty Programs, select Greetings.
Click the "Manage greetings" button.
A "Configure Greeting" pop-up will appear. Define the following:
Greeting Type: Choose "Birthday" or "Anniversary."
Customer Segment: Select your target audience. Options include:
All Customers: Reach everyone in your database.
By Gender and Age: Tailor your message to specific demographics.
Returning Customers: Engage clients who have had appointments.
Non-Returning Customers: Reconnect with inactive clients.
Assign a descriptive name for your campaign.
Click "Add message” and “Add a new greeting template”.
Choose a template from the repository that aligns with your desired tone and message.
Click "Assign" to link the template to your greeting.
Follow the same process as before to select a template and assign it to your greeting.
For each added message, specify the days before the event it should be sent.
This allows you to create a sequence of greetings, such as:
A birthday wish sent one week before the client's birthday.
A reminder sent the day before the birthday.
A special offer sent on the client's birthday.
Click "Add group" to finalize the configuration.
