How to Send Automated Anniversary Greetings to Your Clients?

To send automatic anniversary messages to the customers, gather the customer's birthday date while filling out the customer details.


To create greetings for the customer's anniversary:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

  3. Within Loyalty Programs, select Greetings.

  4. Click the Manage Greetings button.

  5. Configure Greeting pop-up will appear. Enter the following details:

    1. Greeting Type - Choose Anniversary

    2. Customer Segment - Select your target audience from the options (All customers, by gender and age, returning customers or non-returning customers).

    3. Message Group Name - Assign a descriptive name for your campaign.

    4. Click Add message and then click Add a New Greeting Template.

    5. Choose a template from the repository that aligns with birthday.

    6. Click Assign to link the template to your greeting.

    7. Specify how many days before the event the message should be sent (e.g., send birthday wishes one day in advance).

    8. Click Add Group to finalize your automated greeting configuration.
