Go to “Campaigns” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
On the "Campaigns" page, click the "Greetings" tab.
Click the "Manage greetings" button. A "Configure Greeting" pop-up will appear.
In the "Configure Greeting" pop-up, under "Customer Segment," choose from various options.
All Customers: Target everyone in your database.
By Gender and Age: Narrow down by demographics for specific messaging.
Returning Customers: Engage clients who have had appointments.
Non-Returning Customers: Reconnect with inactive clients.
