How to Choose Customer Segments for Greetings?

To create or setup an automated multiple greeting for a birthday or anniversary:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

  3. Within Loyalty Programs, select Greetings.

  4. Click the Manage Greetings button.

  5. Configure Greeting pop-up will appear. Enter the following details:

    1. Greeting Type - Choose birthday or anniversary.

    2. Customer Segment -  Select your target audience from the options:

      1. All Customers: Target everyone in the customer database.

      2. By Gender and Age: Narrow down by specifying gender (male or female) and age group.

      3. Returning Customers: Engage clients who regularly book appointments.

      4. Non-Returning Customers: Reconnect with inactive clients.


  1. Message Group Name - Assign a descriptive name for your campaign.

  2. Click Add message and then click Add a New Greeting Template.

  3. Choose a template from the repository that aligns with your desired tone and message.  Click Assign to link the template to your greeting.

  4. Click "Add group" to finalize the configuration.
