How to edit or modify automated greetings?

To create or setup an automated multiple greeting for a birthday or anniversary:

1. Login to MioSalon.

2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

3. Within Loyalty Programs, select Greetings.

4. Click the Manage Greetings button.

5. A Configure Greeting pop-up will appear. Enter the following details:

   1. Greeting Type - Choose birthday or anniversary.

   2. Customer Segment -  Select your target audience from the options (All customers, by gender and age, returning customers or non-returning customers).

   3. Message Group Name - Assign a descriptive name for your campaign.

   4. Click Add message and then click Add a New Greeting Template.

   5. Choose a template from the repository that aligns with your desired tone and message. 

   6. Click Assign to link the template to your greeting.

   7. To add more notification reminders, - Add messages with the respective days before the birthday or anniversary.

   8. This allows you to create a sequence of greetings, such as:

      1. Set 7 days to send a birthday wish before a week.

      2. Set 1 day to send a birthday wish before the birthday.

   9. Click "Add group" to finalize the configuration.
