How to Change the Template in Greetings?

  • Go to “Campaigns” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • On the "Campaigns" page, click the "Greetings" tab.

  • Click the "Manage greetings" button.

  • "Configure Greeting" pop-up will appear. Define the following:

    • Greeting Type: Choose "Birthday" or "Anniversary."

    • Customer Segment: Select your target audience. Options include:

      • All Customers: Reach everyone in your database.

      • By Gender and Age: Tailor your message to specific demographics.

      • Returning Customers: Engage clients who have had appointments.

      • Non-Returning Customers: Reconnect with inactive clients.

  • Assign a descriptive name for your campaign.

  • Click "Add message” and then click “Add a new greeting template”. Choose a new template from the repository based on your preference.

  • Click "Assign" to update the linked template for your greeting
