How to Change the Template in Greetings?

To change the template for greetings:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

  3. Within Loyalty Programs, select Greetings.

  4. Click on the respective greeting to edit.

  5. A Configure Greeting pop-up will appear. 

  6. Click on the Change Greeting Template and an SMS template repository will appear.


Once done, click on the Update button.
