How to migrate existing membership data?

Click Settings > Membership (under Modules settings) > Click on Import Membership

Download Template and fill the required field to upload the data. 

Things to be considered while uploading the data,   

• Mobile number of the customer is mandatory and it should have added to the customer database.

• The expiry date of membership should be in DD/MM/YYYY format only (i.e. Text format)

• Name of Membership should be created in Membership Master (i.e. Gold, platinum)

Now click on Import Membership and choose the file location to upload.

Check for "membership imported successfully" pop up on screen.

You can check the same under  Reports->Membership->Choose the membership to see the list.
