How to disable Report Notifications in Miosalon?

Turn off instant notifications for various alerts and reports for all mapped users when it is necessary.

1. How to disable notification alert for negative feedback?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Report Notifications" tab, click "SMS” or “Email”

  • Disable the "Negative Feedback Alert".

Mapped managers/admin users will not receive negative feedback alerts hereafter.


2. How to disable notification alert for bill cancelation?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Report Notifications" tab, click "SMS”

  • Disable the "Bill Cancelation Alert".

Mapped managers/admin users will not receive  bill cancellation alerts hereafter.


3. How to disable notification alert for client data download?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Report Notifications" tab, click "SMS”

  • Disable the "Client Data Download Alert".

Mapped managers/admin users will not receive client data download alerts hereafter.


4. How to disable staff daily report to the staff?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Report Notifications" tab, click "SMS” or “Email”

  • Disable the "Staff Daily Report".

Mapped managers/admin users will not receive staff daily reports hereafter.


5. How to disable the daily summary report for managers/admin users?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Report Notifications" tab, click “Email”

  • Disable the Daily Summary Report".

Mapped managers/admin users will not receive daily summary reports hereafter.


6. How to disable the weekly summary report for managers/admin users?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Report Notifications" tab, click “Email”

  • Disable the “Weekly Summary Report".

Mapped managers/admin users will not receive weekly summary reports hereafter.


7. How to disable the monthly summary report for managers/admin users?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Report Notifications" tab, click “Email”

  • Disable the “Monthly Summary Report" 

Mapped managers/admin users will not receive monthly summary reports hereafter.


How to remove the manager/admin/staff from notification mapping?

MioSalon allows you to control who receives various notifications. If you want to remove a manager, admin, or staff member from the list, follow these  steps:


  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • On the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Report Notifications" tab, click “Notification Mapping”

  • You'll see a list of mapped users. Find and click on the name of the staff member you wish to remove access.

  • A new pop-up window within it, click on the "Delete" button associated with that particular user.

By following these steps, you will successfully delete access for the selected staff member, which means they will no longer receive notifications related to daily summary reports, negative feedback alerts, bill cancellation alerts, weekly summary reports, and monthly summary reports.
