Send instant notifications to staff via WhatsApp, SMS and Email related to allocated schedules and online bookings.

1. How to enable notification for sending a new appointment schedule message to the staff?
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Staff Notifications" tab.
Within the "Staff Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.
Enable “New Appointment Schedule Message To Staff" to send an automated Appointment Schedule Message To Staff.
By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."
Choose the scheduled appointment template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template.
Now your staff will receive an instant, detailed appointment schedule message.
2. How to enable notification for sending a rescheduled appointment message to the staff?
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Staff Notifications" tab.
Within the "Staff Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.
Enable “ Rescheduled Appointment Message To Staff" to send an automated Appointment Reschedule Message To Staff.
By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."
Choose the rescheduled appointment template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template.
Now your staff will receive an instant, updated appointment rescheduled message.
3. How to enable notification for sending a canceled appointment message to the staff?
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Staff Notifications" tab.
Within the "Staff Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.
Enable “Canceled Appointment Message To Staff" to send an automated appointment cancelation message to the respective staff.
By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."
Choose the appointment cancelation template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template.
Now your staff will receive an instant appointment cancellation message.
