How to disable negative feedback alert?

To disable negative feedback alerts for your business follow the step-by-step instructions below.


  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side. Scroll down to “Business Settings, and click “Notifications”. 


  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.

  • On the "Report Notification" tab, click on "Report Notification Mapping."

  • In the "Report Notification Mapping" section, you will find a list staff details and branches assigned to them.

  • Click on the "plus icon" or "map branch" symbol next to the staff's mobile number for specific staff.

  • A popup will appear, and on that select  “Negative feedback alert”.

  • Deselect the branches associated with that staff member to disable specific or all reports.

  • After deselecting the branches, click on the "Save" button to confirm the changes


  • By following these instructions, you will successfully disable the  Negative feedback alert via email for the selected staff member.
