How to disable appointment reminder notifications in MioSalon?

Disable appointment reminders in MioSalon to control SMS, WhatsApp, and Email notifications sent to clients before their appointments.

1. How to Disable SMS reminder notifications?

Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.
Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Disable "SMS Reminder Notification”
Now the clients will not receive automated reminders before their appointments to their registered mobile numbers.

Note: Any changes made to your reminder settings will be processed and updated within 3 hours.

2. How to Disable Email Reminder notifications?

Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.
Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Disable "Email Reminder Notification”
Now the clients will not receive automated reminders before their appointments to their registered email address.

3. How to Disable WhatsApp reminder notifications?

Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.

Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Disable "WhatsApp Reminder Notification”
Now the clients will not receive automated reminders before their appointments to their WhatsApp.
