How to Redeem the Hourly Package in MioSalon ?

Overview

The Hourly Package redemption feature in MioSalon allows clients to utilize hours or minutes from their purchased hourly package for spa and salon services.

Cashiers and therapists use this feature to select specific treatments, customize session durations, and deduct exact time from the client's remaining duration bank.

Duration-based redemption offers complete flexibility for spa therapies while maintaining rigorous time accounting.

Follow the guided step-by-step instructions below to redeem an hourly package in MioSalon.

Steps to Redeem the Hourly Package

1. Click on the Quick Sale icon from the main left navigation bar.

2. Search and select the client holding an active hourly package in the Customer* field (E.g., 7776544578 - Vinoth S).

3. Under the Customer section, click on the Available Package option to view the client's active custom package.

4. In the Select Service modal for the Hourly package, view the remaining package duration (E.g., Total Duration: 3 hrs, Time remaining: 2 hrs 30 mins).

5. Select the treatment being availed (E.g., Body Wrap) and click on the duration dropdown to choose the rendered duration (E.g., 30 mins).

6. Confirm that the selected service duration is deducted from the remaining duration counter (E.g., Time remaining: 2 hrs 30 mins).

7. Click on the Confirm button to add the redeemed hourly service to the Quick Sale checkout screen.

8. In the Quick Sale table, review the redeemed service duration (E.g., 30 mins) and verify the ₹0.00 service charge.

9. Assign the service Staff (E.g., John Manoj) for service tracking and commission calculation.

10. Click on the Checkout button to conclude the transaction and update the client's hourly package time balance.

Note

Service durations can be chosen in flexible intervals (such as 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins, or 1 hr) as long as the total redeemed duration does not exceed the remaining package time balance.
