Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications.”
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Staff Notifications" tab.
Within the "Staff Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.
In the “Appointment Confirmation Message to Manager(s)”, Appointment Cancelation Message to Manager(s) or Online Appointment Booking Message To Manager(s)".
Under the template message section, you can view “Add Manager Contact Number” for WhatsApp and SMS and “Add Manager Contact Email ID” for email.
Click on the “Add Mobile Number or Add Email ID” button to enter the manager's mobile number or Email ID.
Click on the “Save” button.
Once done, the managers will receive an instant notification when a client books an appointment via online, a client double confirms an appointment or a client or staff cancels a scheduled appointment.
