How to add the mobile number and email address of managers to receive online appointment booking, appointment confirmation or appointment cancellation notifications?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications.” 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Staff Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Staff Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • In the “Appointment Confirmation Message to Manager(s)”, Appointment Cancelation Message to Manager(s) or Online Appointment Booking Message To Manager(s)".

  • Under the template message section, you can view “Add Manager Contact Number” for WhatsApp and SMS and “Add Manager Contact Email ID” for email.

  • Click on the “Add Mobile Number or Add Email ID” button to enter the manager's mobile number or Email ID.

  • Click on the “Save” button.

  • Once done, the managers will receive an instant notification when a client books an appointment via online, a client double confirms an appointment or a client or staff cancels a scheduled appointment.
