How to send double confirmation messages to the manager(s)?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings” and click "Notifications.” 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Staff Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Staff Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable “Appointment Confirmation Message to Manager(s)" to send an automated message to managers when a client double confirms an appointment.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your assigned managers will receive an instant notification when a client double confirms an appointment.
