Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings” and click "Notifications.”
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Staff Notifications" tab.
Within the "Staff Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.
Enable “Appointment Cancelation Message to Manager(s)" to send an automated message to managers when a client or staff cancels a scheduled appointment.
By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."
Choose the template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template.
Now your assigned managers will receive an instant notification when a client or staff cancels a scheduled appointment.
