1. Click on Report in the menu bar and click on the Feedback option to view the details.

  2. Click on Feedback Report and select the feedback from the dropdown in the Feedback section i.e. Customer feedback.

  3. The Total number of responses and their details can be viewed in a pie chart.

  4. To check the customer names and details who have given feedback for your service, click on Customer Response Report.

  5. Select the Particular feedback, customer details will be displayed. Also, dates can be filtered to view the feedback of a particular month.

  6. Feedback can also be checked with the customer name or mobile number to which feedback has been sent.
