To link the feedback with the appointment, follow these steps:
Go to “Feedback” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
On the feedback page, locate the particular feedback form you have to link with an appointment.
You will view an option called “Link by default”, in which you can choose the “Link with Appointment” option to collect their feedback after the appointment is completed.
