This guide helps you through the process of managing customer feedback, from creating customized feedback forms to editing questions, linking forms to appointments and bills, and deleting forms as necessary. It empowers you to efficiently collect, modify, and organize valuable feedback for your business.
How to create client feedback?
To create a feedback form, follow these steps:
Go to “Feedback” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
On the feedback page, click “Create Form” give any title name for the feedback form, and click on the “Start” button.
When creating feedback forms, you can choose different question types for your clients.
Multiple Choice: Clients pick from a list of predefined options, great for specific feedback.
Single Option: Similar to multiple choice, but clients can choose only one answer.
Rating by Star: Gather star-based ratings for quantifiable feedback, like service satisfaction.
Short Answer: Clients provide brief, open-ended responses for more detailed feedback.
Rating by Number: Collect numerical ratings, often on a scale, for precise feedback.
Rate Last Services: Focus on evaluating the most recent services, providing insights into the immediate customer experience.
ThanksNote: Allow clients to express gratitude and share positive comments; this is great for testimonials.
Social Media: Ask if clients want to connect on social media, which is ideal for building an online community.
You can make each question mandatory to be answered before going to the next one for clients in the feedback form.
You can customize each question and add more questions as needed.
Click "launch" to start collecting feedback.
