Managing service packages in MioSalon is a straightforward way to offer clients bundled services that can be customized to suit individual needs or kept as standard, fixed offerings. With MioSalon, you can create flexible packages to drive client loyalty and boost sales, all while keeping your package options organized and easy to manage.

Fixed Package

A fixed package is designed with a set list of services and a fixed number of sessions for each service. Clients must use all services in the package, and the number of sessions for each service is already defined.

Example of fixed package

Package Name: Wellness Retreat Package

Total Session Count: 10 sessions

Package Validity: 90 days from purchase

Services Included:

• Facial – 3 sessions

• Massage – 3 sessions

• Manicure – 2 sessions

• Pedicure – 2 sessions

How the Client Can Use Their Sessions:

The client must redeem exactly the number of sessions assigned to each service in the package. There is no flexibility to change the number of sessions for each service.

Custom Package

A Custom Package in MioSalon is a flexible service bundle that allows clients to select and personalize the services they want within a set number of total sessions. Unlike fixed packages, where clients must avail of all listed services, custom packages give clients the freedom to choose from a list of services and decide how many sessions they want for each. The total number of sessions across all chosen services cannot exceed the overall limit set for the package.

• Pedicure: 1 session

The client has chosen a total of 10 sessions, which perfectly fits the limit of the package.
