How to import multiple or bulk packages?

To import bulk or multiple packages in the package module:

1. Login to MioSalon.

2. Go to Settings from the main menu. 

3. Navigate to Module Settings and click on Packages.

4. Click the Import Package button.

5. Click the Download Template button and open the downloaded Excel sheet.

6. Enter the following mandatory and other fields in the Excel sheet:

   1. Mobile number:  The client’s primary contact number.

   2. Package Name: The specific service package purchased by the client.

   3. Service ID : A unique identifier for the service package. Take the service ID from the package.

   4. Total Sittings:  The total number of sessions included in the package.

   5. Available Sitting: The number of remaining sessions, which helps track client usage.

   6. Expiry date: The last date by which the client can utilize the package sittings.

7. Now, in the MioSalon account, click the Import Package button and upload the Excel sheet.

1. Check the imported or uploaded product details against the customer in the Customer 360 profile.
