How to Redeem the Fixed Package in MioSalon ?

Overview

The Fixed Package redemption feature in MioSalon enables clients to redeem specific pre-paid services included in their purchased fixed package.

Front-desk staff use this workflow to log service sessions, adjust sitting counts, and record stylist commissions without charging the customer again.

Consistent package redemption ensures accurate service history recording and real-time inventory and staff tracking.

Follow the guided step-by-step instructions below to redeem a fixed package in MioSalon.

Steps to Redeem the Fixed Package

1. Click on the Quick Sale icon from the main left navigation bar.

2. In the Customer* field, search and select the customer holding an active fixed package (E.g., 7776544578 - Vinoth S).

3. Under the Customer section, click on the Available Package option to view the client's active custom package.

4. In the Select Service modal for Elegant Package (Fixed Package), review the fixed package services (E.g., Hair Cut, Facial, Threading).

5. Click on Add next to the service being availed in this appointment (E.g., Hair Cut 30 mins).

6. Confirm the sitting reduction counter (E.g., Selected Service: 1, Sittings remaining: 2) and click on Confirm.

7. On the Quick Sale checkout screen, verify that the redeemed service line item displays ₹0.00 payable for the customer.

8. Assign the performing service Staff* (E.g., Pandian) for commission attribution.

9. Click on the Checkout button to complete the visit and deduct the redeemed sitting from the package balance.

Note

Each fixed package service has a maximum allowed redemption count per package. Once all sessions for a specific service are consumed, the service cannot be redeemed further under that package.
