How to delete a message template?

To delete a message template:

  1. In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.

  2. Click on the Message Templates.

  3. In the Action section, click on the Delete icon.

  4. If the message template is rejected or unassigned, it will be deleted directly.

  5. If a message template is assigned with any notification type, unassign that template and delete it.


Note: These templates are created at the network level, so they will be deleted at the network level. Unassign the templates before deleting them.
