How to integrate a WhatsApp account into MioSalon?

Before integrating a WhatsApp account with MioSalon, first get verified on Facebook. To add a WhatsApp account in the MioSalon:

1. In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.

2. Click on the WhatsApp Accounts.

3. The next step is to Connect with Facebook. Either login with credentials or open Facebook in another tab to continue with integration.

1. In Connect your account to MioSalon, click on the Get Started button.

2. Then enter all the information required in the Fill your business information section. It includes:

   1. Meta business account - Create a new business account or choose from the list of business accounts.

   2. Business name - Enter the business name, which should be similar to the business account.

   3. Business website - Enter the business website.

   4. Country - Choose the country where your business is located.

   5. Address (Optional) - Enter the address, which is optional.

3. Click on Next.    

4. The next step is to complete the Create or select your WhatsApp business account section. Enter the necessary information:

   1. Choose a WhatsApp business account - Create a WhatsApp business account or choose from the list of business accounts.

   2. Create or select a WhatsApp business profile - Create a new business profile or choose from the list of profiles.

5. Click on Next.

6. The next step is to Create a WhatsApp business profile

   1. WhatsApp business account name - Enter a name that should be similar to the business name and display name.

   2. WhatsApp business profile display name - Enter a name that should be similar to the business name that will be displayed in WhatsApp.

   3. Time zone - The time zone will be automatically detected or choose the time zone based on the business location.

   4. Category - Choose the business category.

   5. Business description - Enter the business description, which is optional.

7. Click on Next

8. The next step is to  Add a phone number for WhatsApp

   1. Phone number - Enter the phone number to get verification code.

   2. Choose how you would like to verify your number - Choose verification code via text message or over the phone.

9. Click on Next

10. Then, on the next step, Verify your phone number

11. Enter the 6 digit verification code and click on Next.

12. On the next page, click Finish to complete verification.

Once verification is done, the business account will be added to MioSalon’s WhatsApp account.
