To view all the WhatsApp message templates:
In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.
Click on the Message Templates and it displays:
Notification Type - The notification type may be appointment confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, invoices or OTPs.
Phone Number - The business phone number and display name for which the template is linked.
Template Name - The name of the template, which is unique.
Category - The category of message template, which varies based on notification type.
Language - The message template language.
Status - The status of a message is whether it is approved, pending, invalid template or rejected based on the confirmation from Facebook.
Last Updated - The date on which the message was created and sent for approval.
Assign Notification - It displays the list of branches assigned to this notification or an opportunity to assign a new branch.
Action - A delete option is provided to delete rejected or unassigned message templates.
