How to assign a template for a notification type?

To assign a template for a notification type:

1. In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.

2. Click on the Message Templates.

3. In the Assign Template section, click on the Assign button.

4. In the Assign Notification popup, select the locations.

5. Also, you can directly assign messages from Notification Settings by clicking on Change Template.

Note: These templates are created at the network level but can only be assigned at the location level.
