How to enable location-level WhatsApp integration?

With location-level integration, messages can be sent to clients from a specific location using their business name and WhatsApp number. Templates can be created, assigned and deleted from that specific location.


To enable this, 

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Multi-location Management from the main menu.

  3. Navigate to WhatsApp Integration.

  4. Choose Location-level to integrate WhatsApp business accounts for specific location.

  5. Click on Save.

  6. Once integrated, it cannot be undone.
