Go to “Campaigns” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
On the "Campaigns" page, click the "Greetings" tab.
Click the "Manage greetings" button.
A "Configure Greeting" pop-up will appear. Define the following:
Greeting Type: Choose "Birthday" or "Anniversary.
Customer Segment: Select your target audience. Options include:
All Customers: Reach everyone in your database.
By Gender and Age: Tailor your message to specific demographics.
Returning Customers: Engage clients who have had appointments.
Non-Returning Customers: Reconnect with inactive clients.
Assign a descriptive name for your campaign.
Click "Add message” and then click “Add a new greeting template”.
Choose a template from the repository that aligns with your desired tone and message. Click "Assign" to link the template to your greeting
Specify how many days before the event the message should be sent (e.g., send birthday wishes one day in advance).
Click "Add group" to finalize your automated greeting configuration.
