1. How to setup Automated Greetings in MioSalon?

  • Go to “Campaigns” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • On the "Campaigns" page, click the "Greetings" tab.

  • Click the "Manage greetings" button.

  • "Configure Greeting" pop-up will appear. Define the following:

    • Greeting Type: Choose "Birthday" or "Anniversary.

  • Customer Segment: Select your target audience. Options include:

    • All Customers: Reach everyone in your database.

    • By Gender and Age: Tailor your message to specific demographics.

    • Returning Customers: Engage clients who have had appointments.

    • Non-Returning Customers: Reconnect with inactive clients.

  • Assign a descriptive name for your campaign.

  • Click "Add message” and then click “Add a new greeting template”.

  • Choose a template from the repository that aligns with your desired tone and message. Click "Assign" to link the template to your greeting

  • Specify how many days before the event the message should be sent (e.g., send birthday wishes one day in advance).

  • Click "Add group" to finalize your automated greeting configuration.


2. How to automate multiple greetings in MioSalon?

  • Go to “Campaigns” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • On the "Campaigns" page, click the "Greetings" tab.

To add multiple greetings

  • Click the "Add message" button again. Follow the same process as before to select a template and assign it to your greeting.

  • For each added message, specify the days before the event it should be sent.

  • This allows you to create a sequence of greetings, such as:

    • A birthday wish sent one week before the client's birthday.

    • A reminder sent the day before the birthday.

    • A special offer sent on the client's birthday.

  • Click "Add group" to finalize the configuration.



3. How to Choose Customer Segments for Greetings?

  • Go to “Campaigns” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • On the "Campaigns" page, click the "Greetings" tab.

  • In the "Configure Greeting" pop-up, under "Customer Segment," choose from various options.

    • All Customers: Target everyone in your database.

    • By Gender and Age: Narrow down by demographics for specific messaging.

    • Non-Returning Customers: Reconnect with inactive clients.

4. How to Send Automated Birthday Greetings to Your Clients?

  • Go to “Campaigns” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
