How to enable a network-level gift voucher?

With the Network Level module, you can create and sell gift vouchers from any location and provide specific access to other locations. Clients can use their gift voucher cards at any location.

Before switching, follow these instructions:

• Delete all the existing gift vouchers before switching.

• Switching from Location Level to Network Level

  • Switching from the location level to the network level will automatically convert all existing gift vouchers into location-specific vouchers. 

  • These vouchers can only be redeemed at the specific branch where they were originally purchased.

  • Example: If you have location-level vouchers and switch to Network Level, a customer who bought a voucher at Branch 1 will only redeem it at Branch 1 even if you are changing to Network Level.

To enable this,

1. Navigate to “Multi-location Management” from the main menu.

2. Click “Settings” under Multi-location Management.

3. Under “Settings” scroll down to find “Gift Voucher”.

4. Choose “Create and Sell at Network Level” if you wish to create and sell gift vouchers from any location. 

5. Click “Save”.
