Google Ratings & Customer Feedback
Google ratings are a reflection of customer feedback received through online channels. At MioSalon, we have streamlined the process of gathering customer ratings and feedback immediately after the billing process. Customers receive a feedback form link via email, WhatsApp, and SMS, enabling them to rate their experience and provide their valuable feedback. This allows businesses to gauge customer satisfaction levels. Notably, ratings ranging from 4 to 5 automatically redirect customers to the Google business page, contributing to the enhancement of organic ratings for salons. On the other hand, ratings of 3, 2, or 1 are forwarded to the business manager, enabling them to promptly address any concerns raised by customers.
To increase the positive review on Google, follow these steps:
Go to “Feedback” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
On the feedback page, click “Create Form “give anytitlee for the feedback form, and click on the “Start” button.
When creating feedback forms, you can choose the “Social Media” type.
Fill in the necessary details, such as question type, review type, and conditions such as select value, select condition, etc.
Select Condition: "Select condition" means the specific rule or requirement you set for how answers trigger actions. For example, you can decide that if someone rates something as 5 or lower, a particular action happens.
Select Value: "Select value" refers to the choices people can pick from when answering a question. If you're asking for a rating, the "select value" would be the numbers they can choose from, like 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.
Click the “Add” button to save your settings.
Note: When a client leaves a positive review that meets the given condition, they'll be directed to Google to share it, this will automatically increase your brand's visibility in Google
