Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.
Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Disable "Email Reminder Notification”
Now the clients will not receive automated reminders before their appointments to their registered email address.
Note: Any changes made to your reminder settings will be processed and updated within 3 hours.
