​How to Disable Email Reminder notifications?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.

  • Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Disable "Email Reminder Notification”

  • Now the clients will not receive automated reminders before their appointments to their registered email address.


Note: Any changes made to your reminder settings will be processed and updated within 3 hours.
