Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.
Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Enable "Email Reminder Notification”
By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."
Choose the reminder template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template.
Now the clients will receive automated reminders before their appointments to their registered email address.
Note: Any changes made to your reminder settings will be processed and updated within 3 hours.
