Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.
Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Disable "WhatsApp Reminder Notification”
Now the clients will not receive automated reminders before their appointments to their WhatsApp.
Note: Any changes made to your reminder settings will be processed and updated within 3 hours.
