How to configure or update business information?

The Business Details Setup in MioSalon allows salon and spa owners to input essential information such as their business name, contact details, geography (location and service areas), and currency settings. This ensures smooth client communication, accurate billing, and location-based promotions while maintaining consistency across all business processes.

To configure or update business details in MioSalon:

1. Log in to MioSalon

2. Click on the Settings option from the main menu.  

3. Scroll down to the Business Settings section and select Business Details.

4. In the Business Details section, provide the following:  

   1. Business Name - Name of your salon or spa

   2. Contact Name -  Name of your business owner

   3. Contact Phone Number - Business contact number or owner’s contact number

5. Below the business details, you’ll find the Geography/Location Settings section. 

           Geography/Location must be filled in before proceeding with your payment. 

6. Enter the following details: 

   1. Country -  Choose the country from the drop-down where the salon or spa is located

   2. Currency-  Choose the currency of the country from the drop-down

   3. Language - Choose a language from the seven options provided 

(Note: MioSalon supports Eng, Arb, Bg, It, Es-mx, Fr-CA, De-CH)

4. Time Zone - The time zone of the place the business is situated in.

7. Once all the details are entered, click Save.

(Note: To modify the location details, contact [email protected])

Thus, the business information will be updated and saved in the MioSalon account. To make the changes effective, please logout and login.
