How to Sell the Hourly Package in MioSalon ?

Overview

The Hourly Package selling feature in MioSalon allows salons and spas to sell duration-based wellness packages where clients purchase a total bank of hours or minutes.

Businesses utilize hourly packages for spa therapies, body treatments, and salon services where session durations can be customized flexibly per visit.

Selling hourly packages via Quick Sale enables staff to allocate customized service durations and deduct time precisely from the client's package duration balance.

Follow the guided step-by-step instructions below to sell an hourly package in MioSalon.

Steps to Sell the Hourly Package

1. Click on the Quick Sale icon from the main left navigation bar.

2. Search and select the customer by entering their mobile number in the Customer field (E.g., 7776544578 - Vinoth S).

3. Under the Add items section, click on the Package option.

4. In the Sell Package window, locate the hourly package card (E.g., Hourly package - Hourly Package, Total Duration: 3 hrs, Total Sessions: 10, Validity: 33 Days).

5. Click on the Add button next to the hourly package.

6. In the Select Service window, review the eligible services (E.g., Body Wrap 30 mins, Body Polish 2 hr, Body Massage 1 hr 40 mins).

7. Click on the duration dropdown next to the service to customize the session duration for this visit (E.g., Select 30 mins from options: 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins, 1 hr, 1 hr 15 mins, 1 hr 30 mins).

8. Verify the time calculation counter (E.g., Selected Service: 1, Time remaining: 2 hrs 30 mins) and click on Confirm.

9. On the Quick Sale screen, verify the package details, duration, and assign the Staff (E.g., John Manoj).

10. If multiple services are availed in the same visit, add additional services with customized durations (E.g., Body Wrap: 1 hr, Body Polish: 15 mins).

11. Review the Billing Summary showing subtotal, taxes, and grand total (E.g., Sub Total: ₹23,232.12, SGST: ₹2,090.88, Grand Total: ₹25,323.00).

12. Enter the collected payment under Payable Amount (E.g., Cash: 25323.00) and click on Checkout to complete the sale.

Note

Hourly packages deduct time in increments based on the configured minimum allowed duration and standard duration. The remaining hours and session counts are tracked in the customer profile.
