How to View Appointment Cancellation List in MioSalon

The Appointment Cancellation List helps you track the full lifecycle of an appointment, including when it was created, cancelled, who cancelled it, and why. This report gives you better visibility into missed appointments and staff actions.

How to Access the Report

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your MioSalon account.

  2. From the left-side navigation bar or the Main Menu, click on Reports.



  1. In the Reports section, choose Appointment & Sales from the dropdown menu.


  1. Look for the Appointment List section in the appointment list view.



  2. Click on Cancelled from the All Status dropdown. 




What You’ll See

The report now includes the following new fields for each appointment:

  • Appointment Created Date – When the appointment was first added.

  • Cancelled Date – When the appointment was cancelled.

  • Cancelled Reason – The reason selected by staff during cancellation.

  • Cancelled By – Which staff member/Admin cancelled the appointment.

Use Case

This report is especially useful for:

  • Understanding cancellation trends

  • Identifying frequently cancelled services or time slots

  • Auditing staff activity and accountability

  • Following up with clients who cancelled last minute.
