How to enable network-level WhatsApp integration?

With network-level integration, messages can be sent to clients from any location using the same brand name and WhatsApp number. Templates can be created, assigned and deleted from any location within the network.


To enable this, 

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Multi-location Management from the main menu.

  3. Navigate to WhatsApp Integration.

  4. Choose Network-level to integrate WhatsApp business accounts centrally.

  5. Click on Save.

  6. Once integrated, it cannot be undone.
