To send reward point balance notification via SMS/WhatsApp or Email:
Login to MioSalon.
Go to Settings in the main menu, scroll down to Business Settings, and click Notifications.
In the Notifications page, click on the Client Notifications tab.
Within the Client Notifications tab, click on the preferred channel - WhatsApp, SMS or Email to send notifications to clients.
Enable the Digital Invoice/Receipt Message to Client to send an automated digital invoice or receipt to your client after checkout.
By default, a template is assigned. Assign the template which have [POINTS] variable name or to change the template based on your preference, click on Change Template.
Choose the digital invoice template from the repository and click on the Assign button to change the template.
Now your clients will receive an instant digital invoice, including reward point balance, after each checkout.
