Yes, you can round off reward points to the nearest whole number by enabling Round Off Points. 

For example, if the purchase value is  $471.41, if the round-off reward point value is enabled, the reward point value will be $400.

9. Can I provide reward points, including tax amount?

Yes, you can provide reward points, including tax amounts, by enabling Reward Point for Tax.

For example, if the purchase value is $400 and the tax is $20, the reward point value is $1 for each $100. By including the tax value, the reward points will be $4.2.

10. Can I check the balance of reward points while billing or scheduling appointment?

Yes, you can view the reward point balance while billing or scheduling an appointment in the customer profile section under Reward Points.
