How to view reward point report?

The purpose of the Reward Point Earning Report is to provide customers with a detailed breakdown of their earned reward points. This report allows customers to easily track and monitor their reward point earnings, providing transparency and empowering them to make informed decisions based on their accumulated points



To view the reward point reports:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Reports from the main menu.

  3. Select Reward Point tab.

  4. It displays a table consisting of:

  5. Mobile Number - The customer's mobile number

  6. Customer Name - Name of the customer

  7. Customer ID - Unique customer identification number

  8. Points - Display the reward point balance.

  1. Click on the Customer, then in the Customer 360° Profile, select the Reward Point tab.

  2. It will display the balance, accumulated and redeem reward points for the customer.
