How to set the 24-hour timing format on the appointment page?

To change the 24-hour timing format on the appointment page, follow these steps

Go to Settings in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to Modules Settings. Click on Calendar.
On the calendar page, enable the 24-hour calendar display format based on the preferences.
Click the Save button.
