To add new customers:
Method 1
Go to the Main Menu from the left side navigation.
Click Customer menu and click on Customer Segmentation.
Click on New Customer button.
Method 2
Click on the + icon in the top-right corner and click Customer
Method 3
Enter the new customer mobile number, name or customer ID on the Search Bar located at the top right corner.
Click on Add Customer
Method 4
Go to Quick Sale in the main menu.
Enter the new customer mobile number, name or customer ID in the Search Bar.
Common Steps in the Add Pop-up screen
In Add Customer pop-up will display In the pop-up, enter the following information:
Fields marked with red asterisk ()* are mandatory.
Mobile number - Enter customer's mobile number.
First name - Enter the customer’s first name.
Last name - Enter the customer’s last name.
Mandatory fields show clear error prompts if left blank.
Names must begin with an alphabet (A–Z).
Special characters are restricted at the beginning of the name.
Error messages:
First name must start with a letter (A–Z).
Last name must start with a letter (A–Z).
This field is required.
Example
✅ John D’Souza — Valid
❌ #Mary — Invalid (starts with special character)
❌ 123John — Invalid (starts with number)
Customer ID - Enter a unique customer ID.
Email ID - Enter the customer’s email address.
Gender - Choose the customer's gender, male or female.
DOB - Get the customer's date of birth to send personalized wishes.
Anniversary - Get the customer's anniversary to send personalized wishes.
Location - Mention the customer’s location based on the customer form settings.
Enter location manually if its custom location.
If it’s fixed location, choose from pre-defined locations.
Source - Choose the source from pre-defined list.
GST number - Enter the customer’s GST number, if any.
Address - Enter the detailed address of the customer.
Customer note - Mention the specific notes given by the customer, if any.
Custom fields- If you need to collect any additional information, get it from custom fields.
Send SMS Type - Choose the message type to send automated messages.
Transactional Messages - Messages that are related to appointments, reminders, invoices and OTP’s
Promotional Messages - Messages that are related to marketing campaigns, such as discount coupons, gift vouchers and greetings.
