How to switch WhatsApp message service from in-built WhatsApp messages to custom WhatsApp messages?

  1. In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.

  2. Click on the WhatsApp Accounts. 

  3. Click on Custom WhatsApp message.

  4. Now the assigned message templates in the In-built WhatsApp message  will be unassigned and disappear.

  5. Create and assign new message templates from Custom WhatsApp message.

  6. Assign message templates from Repository to continue messaging services.
