How to recharge your account for sending WhatsApp messages?
Recharging your account for WhatsApp messages allows you to continue sending messages to your clients based on your business needs.
Note
Ensure you've chosen the network level or location level before recharging your account.
To recharge WhatsApp messages, follow these steps
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Go to Account settings" and click on "WhatsApp Recharge"
Pick the messaging plan that suits your business needs, and then click the "Buy" button.
Now enter essential invoice details, including your business name, email address, mobile number, and GST number. Additionally, provide your billing address, which should include street name, location, city, state, zip/pin code, and country.
After entering the required information, click on "Proceed to pay."
Review your order summary and scroll down to choose your preferred payment method under the payment information section.
Click the "Checkout" button, and a pop-up window will appear. Fill in the necessary details and click the "Pay" button.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive the invoice details via email.
It may take 5 to 10 minutes for the credited amount to be updated.
