How to switch WhatsApp message service from custom WhatsApp messages to in-built WhatsApp messages?

  1. In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.

  2. Click on the WhatsApp Accounts. 

  3. Click on In-built WhatsApp message.

  4. Now the created and assigned message templates in the Custom WhatsApp message  will be unassigned and disappear.

  5. Assign message templates from MioSalon repository to continue messaging services.
