Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.
In the “Set days for reminder” section, 2 reminder days will be set by default.
If you want to change that reminder, click the “Edit” icon.
To add a new reminder, Click on “Add Reminder” In “Add Days” mention the “Days before” and “Time” to schedule the reminder. You can set up to three reminders per appointment
If the day before is 1, then you have to mention the time.
If you set the days as zero days, then mention the hours for the same day.
Note:
Any changes made to your reminder settings will be processed and updated within 3 hours.
At least one reminder will always be set as default and cannot be deleted.
